You need to be very careful to make sure which one is Bank 1 and which one is Bank 2 depending on the manufacturer and engines.  Bank 1 and 2 mean one is in front (close to collant overflow) and the other one is in the back close to firewall.  The front one is very easy that you may not even need a special wrench but how hard to get to the back one varies.  Do some home work to make sure and how confortable to do it y yourself.  Also, try to buy a OEM part since some other ones may be cheaper but may not be able to erase the code.
