Car insurance premium increased

Hi All,

I had a traffic accident last year and the other party took 100% responsibility for this accident by police department and both insurance companies.
But yesterday I got my car insurance mail for next year which indicates my car insurance premium is increased by $70 due to last year car accident.
It is hard to understand why my insurance increased my premium since it is other party's 100% responsibility. Can anyone shed some light or explain the possible reason?
