求救: volvo xc90 v8 transmission died. 85k迈. volvo厂家不肯给免费或半价, 该怎么办

The car died on my way back home, suddenly, no alert at all.  地乐检查后说的换新的, 7000刀, 心疼肉也疼啊,第一回合,volvo厂家不付任何费用. 我该咋办, 才能让VOLVO 厂家give me discount or pay parts.  Dealer said they couldn't get free or discount form volvo neither. No such experience before, this is my first car.  I drove 7 years, no accident, regular maintenance at dealer shop b/c within warranty till 60k.  Any advise is welcome, Many Many thanks,
