这样的买车人有什么猫腻吗

我家有辆旧车，一直街趴着。前几天我发现车窗上贴了个条，问我要不要卖车。我上周给了他个价，他说没有transporation 不能看车。今天收到他电话，说是有transportation 和 cash 了，希望明天能买我家的车 (before he spends the cash to other things )。他打了两次电话，要我到 UPS or bank 去准备好  title, 他明天会付给我们 $1000 cash. 我当然希望能卖掉车，可是总觉得这事有点怪。有什么可能的猫腻或者危险？不知大家有没有什么经验或者警告？ 也许cash 是假钞？ 谢谢了！
