开膛破肚看机滤

 

 

那天把LP的机油连机滤一块换了，旧机滤还没扔,想想把它锯开让大家看看里面也好,於是来了给它来了个手术，以前俺也对一个残忍过一次，不过上次没给它拍P 身首分离

从进油孔看,边上的六个小孔是进油孔,中间那个大的是过滤了以后的油出口，干净的油从这里流回发动机

里面的芯让俺给刨了一小块

滤芯的材料

芯上的切口,可以看到滤纸的密实程度，约密油滤得越干净，可是效率就越低,那俩小孔让过滤后的油流进中间的大孔.

那桔红的橡皮是反流圈

是个单向阀只能按箭头方向折,油只能进不能出

滤芯的末端有一个压力释放阀，如果万一滤芯让脏东西堵住了的话，油压增大到设定值时阀门被顶开,油不经滤芯直接流进中心的大孔进入发动机
