This car is acturally for a friend just from China. She has been driving X3 for a few years and like the brand. According to her, the only complain is that thee seat is little stiff and if she drive long distance she feels tired. According to the response here, BMW will have small problems from time to time. This will be a problem for her if she needs to talk to the dealer often as her english is not good. How about Lexus RX 450h or 350? I personally don't want her to buy a Japanese car, but she really needs a reliable and safe SUV.
