Is this good deal for Volvo XC60 T6 AWD 2013?

I have been shopping around for a volvo in last two weeks and got a call from a dealer today, he offers me following:

> 24 month lease program:

> Volvo XC60 T6 AWD with Climate Package and Personal Car Communicator Package
> $995 drive off, $390 + tax per month for 23 months (Volvo will pay the first month)
> 10,000 miles limit per year

> 5 Years Warranty
> 5 Years Wear & Tear Coverage Includes Brakes, Rotors, and Wiper Blades
> 5 Years Complimentary Factory Scheduled Maintenance
> 5 Years Unlimited Mileage Roadside Assistance

Considerring it's $42,000 car, I feel it's good deal, not very sure.
