无论对方是不是停在 illegal parking area，你撞了对方，都应该负全责。但是！但是！如果因为对方是停 illegal parking area，造成你很不容易发现对方，因此被撞到，那,对方也要承担一定责任。

你有当时的照片证明吗，或者有没有证明人？
