周六去对车进行第二次修理, 换起动马达, 多半是最后一次在那修了.

无论是修好修不好,我都要把车开走或拖走的,我可以要求他们先把马达接上去试一下,(不带引擎) 要是试下来不是马达的问题, 有没有人知道, 车另件店是否肯接受打开试用过一下的新起动马达并退款  ( 我付Re-Stacking fee)?
