启动马达或启动线圈的问题。打不着时找很粗点的铁棍捅一捅启动马达外壳，如果启动了，

就换启动马达。因为启动马达和启动线圈大多是一体化的，不能单独换。除非你自己能修启动马达和启动线圈。
