刚给代理打了电话，被告知那个螺丝不到$4，但是要特殊订购，明天才能到。

I hope I used the correct name: A/C clunch plate holding bolt. The guy said they had never stocked one, or had sold one.

That seems to mean it is very rare for that bolt to come loose and get lost.

I guess I am just a very special person who is extra LUCKY.
