新买了一个MDX，算good deal吗？

2012 MDX base model, MSRP $43900, dealer invoice $40785, 通过internet quote, dealer给了$38,785的价钱.我觉得比dealer invoice都低了2千了，就没太好意思再使劲讲价，降到$38550,又要了个roof racks（说是值$385,加上人工费也就400多)就成交了。
