请问 这是冷气机是在工作吗

请问这时冷气机是否在工作?   HONDA  ACCORD， 2012 年车， 不开空调，但将冷热旋钮转到最冷处 （蓝色）另外，将通风开关旋转到只吹风挡玻璃，这时，出来的是冷气，即使是大热天，出来的是冷气。怎么回事？请教高手，这时 空调是否在工作？我问好多人，都答不上， 诸位可以试试，
