温度降不下来

有台十多年的nissan小车，有16万miles了，没有换过冷却液。但有点漏冷却液的问题，用了stop的东西好了。

我对此车很有感情了。不舍得扔了。也没有钱买新车。最近刚换了三皮带，没有了皮带的摩擦噪声了。但又出了新问题，开始有时温度降不下来的问题了。

我应该怎么办。换冷却液？再调些什么设定？还有什么？大概花多少钱？
