Question about 1996 Avalon

Hi All,

A student (my collegemate's son) from China here is looking to buy a used car. A friend of friend has one:

1996 Toyotal Avalon with only unbelievable 66k mileage. Never have any accident and the body is perfect. It is an old housewife car so the mileage is so low.

The only known problem is: the driver side front window did not work (probably motor broken).

The asking price is $3900.

Any opinion here?
