Car: 2012 model, premium, comfot, park assist, pre collision options.

Dealer 1: $45,500
Dealer 2: $43,330

Friend said he bought from dealer 1, outdoor price, $40,100.
Dealer 2 says impossible for that price.

I am confuse, please advise. Mny thanks.
