I must have tried to bleed it, but didn't help

becuase I was really into brakes at that time. I changed pads, rotors, and calibers on my Avalon before that. So I'd like to say I knew my brakes :) at that time. YOu are right about repair shops. They are not going to spend alot time to make it prefect.  Before I started working on brakes myself, I had pads replaced by on my other car. It was a small car and felt fine. After I learned how to do it myself, I did a bleeding on it. And there was a few bubbles. Afterwards, it felt soooo much better. To me, DIY is always better than have it done by someone else, if I know how.
