$3600 for 3 more years extended warranty. Is it a good deal?

I have one BMWX5 2008, which has 37,000 miles. Now the dealer offered me extended warranty (84 months/70,000 miles) for $3600. Do you think it is a good deal? Please make comments. Thanks!
