烤肉拉出问题了, 请高手指导

99年Toyato烤肉拉，138000，最近几天发动车子时感到抖动特别厉害. 行驶中有时踩油门时会发出＂噗噗＂的声音，特别是上坡时，有发动机供不上油的感觉．请高手指导，是何原因，多谢了．
