Read some writting on line. Tensioner pulley's bearing can only last about 3-4 years for this model. Then it could make noise. Also noticed serpentine belt is kind of oily, maybe previous owner tryied to apply something like wd-40 to fix it (actually miight make it worse).

When it warms up, engine runs smooth even with 110k miles on book.
