请教: 换油倒(rotate)轮胎后车有噪音

03 PASSAT 4CYL 65000MI

最近换了机油及前后轮胎换位, 现在开车时总能听到好象机器齿轮转动的声音, 感觉来自发动机或其下方, 厉害时声音有点像敲鼓, 换油的地方(FIRESTONE)告诉车须做alignment且俩前轮外侧已磨薄(现已换到后轮). 去一老中车铺被告之可能是换过去的前轮造成的声音. 但我总感觉像是发动机或齿轮... 以前从没听到过这种声音.

大家有何高见?

换油会是原因吗? 一直换普通油, 半年前换了full synthetic, 这次换的是synthetic blended.
