You need to change tire (source of vibration) and check alignment (source of cupping).

Now you did alignment, that says you eliminated the source of cupping, it won't get worse. However, the source of vibration is your bad tires, it will last for a while if not forever.

I changed the tires because Honda Civic does not have Camber adjustment for wheel alignment, that seems to me the cupping will stay forever. Does anyone know if Camry has Camber adjustment for wheel alignment?
