美国店"查不出毛病或修好了车毛病还在也要收费"的规定公平不公平?

我从weiyi的贴有同感, 提上来大家说说,

美国店查不出毛病或修好了毛病还在也要收费, 一般是一小时工钱, 道理上讲也是对的,因为人家花了时间,不能白干啊!可是这里有一个例外, 那就是也许你的技师水平不高, 没能力查到真正的毛病呢? 所以一般中国人的店是不收这费的, 或少收, 意思是:我没水平你就不要付我钱.
