You have to find out an attoney to solve this problem. My wife had the same trouble 8 or 10 yrs ago. Because you just break the "law", you could not take defense course or other way to eliminate it. The worst thing you will put in jail. We spend around $200 and go to the court with my laywer. Finally, our case dismissed and did not had any points. Good luck!
