求救！无法启动 Honda 2007 Accord了。

车钥匙拧到第一格，面板显示一切正常，收音机播放着音乐。但当车钥匙一拧到第二格启动位时，面板显示屏高频率地乱闪，引擎马达起动不了了，这是乍回事？引擎马达试着动了一下就没反应了，只剩下面板显示屏高频率地, 乱闪.
