Toyota sells its extended warranty through dealerships. You can get Toyota's warranty through ANY dealer, and all other dealers will honor the warranty even though you don't buy from them.

There are lots of discussion on edmunds forum how and where to buy the cheapest Toyota warranty. Just like a car, you quote and compare the price from different dealers.
