5年新车，昨天发现右前车胎气瘪

5年新车，昨天发现右前车胎气瘪，一查是胎上扎了个钉子，因为要接太太，没顾得上换备胎，补足气后就上路了，一路无事。看来是慢撒气。请问哪里可以补胎？恶劣气候下补胎效果如何，请过来人指点。
