请教装雪胎问题

冬天快来了，我准备装雪胎。 我有2个问题请教。 1。 如果我买一套USED雪胎。请问，我需要去做BLANCE吗? 2。 另外，我现在用的四季胎有sensor，如果我买新的雪胎不装sensor， 可以吗？谢谢。
