VW passat 要换 control arm bushings

前两天,发现VW的coolant漏水，送去修花了$420.取车到时候修车店的人说 control arm bushings 不太好了，wear out.  问了一下价$900外加alignment$69.不大懂这个control arm bushings 的重要性，是不是要马上换呀，本人是个车盲，就换过Honda的电池，和刹车片。在网上查了一下也没搞的太清楚。
