I hate dealer

Today went to buy a used car : Ford Turous 2002. The car is dirty and has a lot of small problem like low coolant, low tranny oil, etc. Obviously it is not well maintianed.
But the car is still in good condition. No noisy, low mileage, etc. That is why I give a test drive. It is a bit biasing on straight lane. looks no big deal. Need to tune up.
So I decided to go for money talk. I hate the dealer who first add up all the cost : tag $230, Tax : 500+ and dealer fee to up to $1000 more. But the worse part is they refused to negoiate it even before I name my price.
Kill them into pieces. Waste my time.......
