Help - Cannot start the car

I have a 98 Toyota Corolla. When I park today, I may not completely move the shift to Park position and turn off the engine. Later on, the car cannot be started. After tried a few times to to start, the key was locked. So I cannot even pull the key out now. What can I do now? Seems the shift is locked as well.
