Check the cooling system

Most likely cooling system is not working right.  See if the thermostate is blocked (sometime half blocked will restrict the flow).  See the fan clutch is working correctly.  Check if the coolant is to dirty and you may need to flush the radiator.  Eliminate the cooling system problem first.
