求教为什么气温93度以上发动机不能发动?

1990 honda crx 1500cc 170k miles

低温完全没问题,大约气温93度后只听到发动马达声,完全不能起动.用沙纸清洁 Distibutor cap & rotor 也不能解决,是否要换新的?,或者有别的问题? 谢了
