Battery, alternator or something else?

问题始于车子某天亮电池警告灯，第二天就死在路上。

换了普通牌子的电池后正常行驶了一天。

第二天，行车途中突然亮 Traction 和 Low Tire 警告灯，数秒后更多的警告灯亮起，接着冷气，风扇，音响熄灭，失去动力转向，所有仪表停在当前位置。数分钟后全部reset回归正常，数分钟后又重复着同样的症状，连续了好几个循环。期间车子一直开着，没见任何机械上的问题。

第三天，非常短途的测试上没有再出现同样的问题。

03年的 mini cooper s，电池以前没换过，两年前安装了套400W的音响。网上有人说该车型的设计是当charging system有问题时，会自动切断动力转向来。

今天检测电压为:

14.29v
14.24v w/ac
13.85v w/ac, head light
13.15v w/ac, head light, stereo (max volume of what I use, not max volume it can get)

麻烦大拿们给分析一下是什么问题？谢谢！
