前几天买新车的时候，car dealer没把油箱加满，还能去要吗？

check list 上边写着是要加满的，可是我太太当时没看，结果出来以后才发现油箱几乎是空的，再要赶回去，人家已经下班了，所以在外边加的油，我留着收据呢！过两天他们会来信让我去拿车牌，我想去找他们报销那天的油费，大家说说可以吗？
