请问为何车打不起火,具体表现是

1. 当钥匙转到 ON 位置时, dash board 上的灯是全亮的.当钥匙继续转到 START 位置时, 灯光既无熄灭也无明显变化, 而且毫无声音发出.

2. 脚刹车板和方向盘都被卡住不能动.

3. 请问这应是 starter 还是 ignition switch 的问题?
