车（好像车轴）咯噔了一下

有两次开到一个stop sign， 路稍微有点小坡度(下坡)， 踩刹车后较快地再踩油门时， 觉得车前面（好像车轴）咯噔了一下。

请问有哪位知道这事怎么回事吗？是不是什么问题？
