Honda Accord 2008 VSA light and Check Engin Light is on

Honda Accord 2008 VSA light and Check Engin Light is on

After not driving a the car for several weeks, drive agin those lights are on, and cannot speed up to 40mph, because of the ABS is activated. Cannot drive to high way no more since cannot get speed.

Any suggestion?
