help!

Sorry, I can't type chinese at work.

I had a small car accident this winter. No other car involved, just myself. My car run on a patch of ice and then hit a fence.

My car insurance told me that I can appeal since there was ice/snow, so hopefully my insurance won't raise too much.

I am filing the appeal form. My question is shall I send a copy of police report with my appeal? Does it make my appeal in better shape or worse? (The police report is objective, and in details.)
