今天开本田车时，有时风扇启动会发出尖叫声是怎么回事？

大修以前没有过的，今天往radiator加coolant的时候溢出一些，和这个有关吗？以前经常听到别人的车皮带的尖叫声，现在发生在自己开的车上。
