各位专家大侠，不管您提出了什么看法和建议，我都非常感谢您。

对不起没有及时回复，主要是小孩周末活动太多: sports, musical instruments,etc.，难得有时间坐下来。

警察没有在报告上写很多，除了双方的基本信息外，主要部分是说对方已经倒好车（backed out）, and did see me;说我是正backing out and did not see the other driver. 事实是我已经倒好车，正准备drive. 而对方突然从对面倒出来，所以她的jeep尾部（rear ）hit the lower end part (next to fuel gas tank) of the driver side of my car。另外警察列了对方证人的姓名，地址和电话。
