even you use Synthetic old I suggest you still change the oil at 5000 mile

dealer use toyota brand oil, it is better than the regular garage because you never know what kind of oil they use (may be it is from recycled oil).

the best solution is change oil your self (sythetic Mobil one $24 from walmart plus $3.67 fram oil filter)
