两辆车连在一起，那叫jump start，不是为了充电，是为了启动车。基本意思就是，你的车电池电力不足，无法启动，用另外一辆车的电来启动你的车，这当中也会给你电池充一点电，但这不是jump start的主要目的。
battery charger是专门给电池充电用的。一头连电池，另一头连接110伏市电。
