why I say Acura sucks

I have a 2006 Acura mdx. It has studder problem since brand new. I asked dealer what is the problem, and they could not figure it out. recently I received a letter from Acura asking me to bring my car in for a software update on transmission. I called them asking if it is a recall. they said definitely no. I asked them what jndof compensation they would of since I basically drive the car with defective transmission for four years, and my transmission may ave already been damaged. they again said no. so I brought my car to the dealer to fix the problem. the dealer old me that it is indeed a recall. how can they not offer any compensation for a recall like this?

don't buy any Acura. the transmission really sucks. you will suffer everyday. go to buy toyota.
