1999 honda accord 無法驅動續（圖）

上次有朋友說time belt斷了，我還是查了coil，因爲火花塞沒有火花。今天打開distribution cover然後啓動，發現那個中間的rotor根本不轉，於是基本確定了是time belt斷了，但那個T/B cover 怎麽也拆不下來（見圖）。
