请问1999本田雅阁发动不起来是怎么回事？谢谢大家指点！

有朋友在开车途中突然死火，然后就再也发动不起来了。

用别的车也不行，加了油也不行。拧钥匙只听到启动机转动的丝丝声，发动机没有一点反应，同时仪表盘上的所有指示灯都亮了，连四门打开和脚刹车的灯都跟着一起亮。
