请教２０１０ HONDA CIVIC 刹车问题

朋友新买的２０１０ HONDA CIVIC
早上踩刹车时车会抖动， 有较大声音。
踩刹车时要幅度要大， 前２／３不起作用。
以上两个问题dealer都说正常。 有经验或懂行的人给看看。
