Is this a reasonable price?

09 Toyota Corolla S model (Moving Sale)

7 K miles. Only used work to home. Clean, no accidents, automatic, silver color, cruise control, AM/FM/CD/MP3, 4-cyl 1.8L, Power steering, Power windows, Keyless entry, Cruise control, ABS, Tilt wheel, EXCELLENT condition. Title in hand, $12,999.

 

I am looking for a car to buy. I saw this ad. I am asking if it is a reasonable price to buy this car.
