请教：05年Toyota Sienna， 今天突然感到方向盘很硬，好象不听使唤.

检查看到power steering fluid还是满的，是不是power steering pump 坏了？还是皮带松了？另外，还有一个问题，打开heater，热风有一会，然后变冷风，是不是温感器坏了？我也找不着，不知道它的温感器在哪里。谢
