I bought a 4WD RAV4 on Sep.23 in MA. The MSRP for this car was $24,294 and I paid $21,100 without financing. The OTD was $22,850(incluing 6.25% MA sale tax + $304 Doc + $125 plate). I think it's good time to buy 2010 car now. Good luck.
